SHIPPING

  • CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to support address adjustment as a result of our All Sales Final Policy.
  • I PLACED MY ORDER, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION
    • Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification with tracking info sent to the email used on your order.
    • Remember to check your spam folder, in case you haven't added our email to your contacts.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
    • Certain products may require more time to be delivered due to the limited transportation availability of the carrier systems.
    • We expect most orders to ship within 7-10 business days. Shipping occurs Monday - Friday and does not occur on weekends or holidays.
    • Please note: Handling times for orders placed on Faze clan’s website have a standard 1-3 days from the date of purchase.
    • If you selected an expedited shipping method; shipping methods will go into effect once the package has been populated with tracking information.
    • IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SPECIAL MERCHANDISE DROPS
      Due to high demand and exclusivity of our special drops, products from our special drops can take longer to process. Please allow 4-6 weeks for tracking information to populate on special merchandise drops.
  • HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
    • Once an order is placed, there is a short window of time to update a shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please send us your order number and an updated shipping address.
    • Please note: We are unable to disrupt the process of our fulfillment teams and if your order is in progress to ship, we are unfortunately unable to support an address change.
    • International address changes: We are unable to adjust a shipping address from a usa address to an international address. If you change your address and a potential fraud alert is raised, your order may automatically be cancelled or delayed due to additional security measures.
    • If your order has shipped to an incorrect address and you have a tracking number, please contact us immediately so we can provide support in coordinating the successful delivery of your order.
  • I NEED TO REPORT A MISSING PACKAGE
    • If your order has been shipped and declared delivered by the carrier, FaZe Clan is unable to support replacements or refunds for orders that have been successfully delivered. Customers will find success by submitting a lost or stolen package claim with the carrier provided.

      Please ensure to reference your tracking number and any additional supporting details.

PRODUCT

  • I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR HOW DO I CHANGE IT?
    • After an order has been placed there is a short window of time you can change the size and or color of your purchase. Please email support@fazeclan.com as soon as possible so our team can assist you.
    • Please note: We are unable to disrupt the process of our fulfillment teams and if your order is in progress to ship, we are unfortunately unable to support an adjustment to your order.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    • Duty fees and import taxes are not included in your order total. All international orders are subject to duties and import taxes.

OTHER

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    • Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once processed.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    • All sales are final. FaZe Clan does not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is damaged upon delivery.

CUSTOMIZABLE JERSEYS

  • When will my custom jersey ship?
    • All custom jersey orders are printed on demand, meaning that when an order is placed, the jersey will go into production. Orders are shipped within 10-15 business days from the date of purchase.
    • Please note: Tracking information can sometimes remain in "pending" by the 15the business day
  • I need to report damages to my custom jersey
    • If you have received a damaged custom jersey, please notify us within 10 business days from the date of receipt. Reports that are made outside of the 10 business day window will not be supported.
  • Can I cancel my Custom Jersey?
    • As a result of all jerseys being custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or misprinted upon delivery.
