I PLACED MY ORDER, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TRACKING ID?

Once your order leaves our warehouse and is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking ID.

Remember to check your spam folder, in case you haven't added our email to your address book.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are expected to ship within 7-21 business days, tracking details will be supplied via email once available.

Due to high demand and exclusivity of our special drops, these can take longer to ship. Please be patient, we appreciate your understanding.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

After an order has been processed there is a small window of time you can change your shipping address.

If you need to change your shipping address, please send us your order number along with proof of ID for your new shipping address. We ask for proof of ID because we have been experiencing a high number of fraudulent attempts lately and this is done so that your order and your identity are protected.

Notes:

  1. We are not able to change a shipping address from a USA address to an international address.
  1. If you change your address and a fraud alert is raised, your order may automatically be cancelled or delayed due to additional security measures.
  1. If your order is already shipped and you have a tracking id, contact the courier and follow their change of delivery instructions.

 

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE/COLOR HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

After an order has been processed there is a small window of time you can change the size and or color.

If you already received your tracking ID, it is too late to make any changes. If you have not received your tracking id, we can try to change the size, but we cannot guarantee this. We will try our best to help you.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once processed.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. No returns are available on any merchandise.
