REGISTRATION:
Click the “Register” button below to register at UMG Gaming.
Registration is open from Saturday, May 30th at 12 PM PST.
All players must create or have a UMG Gaming account to register.
All players must link their Epic ID to their UMG Gaming account.
BROADCAST:
When the tournament reaches the round of 16, the tournament will be broadcast live on https://www.Twitch.tv/FaZe.
All players competing must have the ability to stream their point of view if asked to for broadcasting purposes.
If not, they will forfeit their spot, and it will be given to the next eligible team/players.
By signing up for the tournament, teams/players are agreeing to those terms.
PRIZE POOL
1st place: $5,000 plus two (2) Samsung Galaxy S20 +5G phones plus two (2) SteelSeries Apex Pro keyboards (choice of regular or TKL), two (2) SteelSeries Arctis Pro Headsets, two (2) SteelSeries Rival 650 mice, two (2) FaZe Mousepads, two (2) FaZe Hoodies, and two (2) FaZe Tees.
2nd place: $2,500 plus two (2) SteelSeries Apex 7 keyboards, two (2) SteelSeries Arctis Pro Headsets, two (2) FaZe Mousepads, two (2) FaZe Hoodies, and two (2) FaZe Tees.
3rd place: $1,250 plus two (2) SteelSeries Apex 7 keyboards, two (2) SteelSeries Sensei Ten Mice, two (2) FaZe Mousepads, two (2) FaZe Hoodies, and two (2) FaZe Tees.
4th place: $750 plus two (2) FaZe Mousepads, two (2) FaZe Hoodies, and two (2) FaZe Tees.
5th place: $500 plus two (2) FaZe Mousepads, two (2) FaZe Hoodies, and two (2) FaZe Tees.
Additional prizes:
The player with the most single game eliminations in the tournament will win a Samsung Galaxy S20 +5G plus FaZe Mousepad, FaZe Hoodie, and FaZe Tee. If there is a tie for most single game eliminations in the tournament, the player on the team with the most points wins.
DETAILS & RULES:
Teams will use the “public lobby” system within Fortnite to set up their matches.
Squad lobbies will be used to accommodate all 4 players in one lobby during a match.
The team with the most eliminations after 2 games will be advanced into the next round, the loser is eliminated.
In the event of a tie in eliminations, another game will be played.
Teams will report their scores via their match details page on the UMG platform.
Players can also chat using the “match chat” system to easily coordinate with their opponents once they have a scheduled match.
All opponent and match information will be displayed UMGGaming.com/FaZeXFanTournament.
In the event of match disputes, no shows, in-game issues, etc., teams can utilize the UMG platform live support system which provides 1 on 1 support for players with a real UMG support staff member to address any issues within their match.
